I have no membership, and made no purchases but have been charged for a membership for the past 5 months. Contacting them is pointless.

They will claim you have no account or membership they can find based on your email address and therefore there is no account to cancel. Oh, and of course there is no way to cancel this "non-existent" account through their online site.

The only recourse is to cancel your credit card and accept your losses. Perhaps cancelling your amazon account as well, and/or remove your credit card payment options if there are any on there file.

Reason of review: Scam rip-off.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unauthorized monthly charges on my cc.
