You would think that an Amazon-owned company would be better, especially for someone who has been an Amazon Prime customer for years. If you cancel your membership, then you lose any credits you have, but if you don't cancel your membership, you get "Auto-Renewed," which happened in my case to the tune of a Platinum Membership at $243!

There are no phone numbers on the site to call, and there is no chat or online help. Extremely disappointing! Way to go Amazon...Audible sucks!

Also, if it's a company you own, you should support it with Amazon help, don't you think? Audible is a joke, and Amazon should reevaluate the service.
