What a rip off ........ if you buy a product it should be yours to keep not to be taken away.

Horrible policies.....if you cancel your membership they take your credits even though you bought them; if you stay a member, they take your credits at the end of the year since you didn't use them. I would like all that want to file a law suit against Audible/Amazon to pull together and get the company to treat their customers fair.

I want to cancel my membership but want to keep what I bought! If I didn't use my credits, they are mine since I paid for them - Audible should not be allowed to take them back.

I totally agree. I had 14 unused credits which I paid £104.93 for.

I cancelled my subscription as I had plenty of credits to use up and didn’t need anymore. They took them all and won’t give them back unless I sign up again and pay them £7.99 per month!

I cannot understand how they can get away with it. Theft is the only word to describe it
