Not resolved

I took a 3 month trial and made a concerted effort to ensure that auto renew was disabled. Even though I did this, I was still charged at the end of the 3 months.

I have been refunded but I will be reporting this to my card company as the payment was taken without my permission. Not sure why I need to write 100 words so this paragraph is basically so I can post my review that I was very disappointing with Amazon and Audible for charging me £7.99 after my 3 month free trial when I made a point of ensuring that that wouldn't happen...

and then they did... so here is my negative review,
