Just noticed a $14.95 charge on my credit card from this company for an absolutely unauthorized/unused subscription. (I had never visited nor purchased/listen to an audiobook in my life) Upon further investigation, I learned they have been charging my card for over two years!

After repeated contact to their friendly (but ultimately unhelpful) customer service, I was able to recover only 12 months worth of the prior charges.

Important Note: The amount they are willing to "voluntarily" refund exactly matches the amount the credit card company is able to force them to credit back to your card - the rest will remain charged to you. Avoid if at all possible - although I am not sure they can/will stay in business for long and am honestly surprised that Amazon risks their reputation by remaining associated with them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Audible Membership.

Reason of review: Unauthorized Credit Card Charges .

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Repeated unauthorized cc charges.
