I never knowingly signed up with Audible. I believed I received credits because of Amazon Prime.

I asked and they agreed to refund me for it all. It's been 3 months, 4 calls and 5 hours and still no money. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.

They've insisted that it had to go back onto the original cards for each billing date. 3 out of 4 of those cards are closed.

The banks sent the money back to Audible because the accounts are closed! Now they insist that I have to contact my banks again and get emails verifying this... What? They stole my money, stole my time and have taken me away from my family and funds away from my family.

You do something right and credit me back my money. I up for a class action suit.

Reason of review: Deceptive practices.

Monetary Loss: $777.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Jumping through hoops to get my stolen money back.
