Around the time our first child was born, I forgot to renew and never noticed. When I realized, which was months later they told me I had lost all my credits even when I offered to back pay for the missing months.

I had been an audible member for almost 10 years and the service agent showed no care or remorse about the policy. They offered me to get back 4 of my 30 credits at which point I decided to use other companies to get my audiobooks.

I had probably spent over 2K and introduced audible to over 20 members over the years. This was probably the most disappointed I had felt in any costumer experience I have had.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Get my credits back..

I liked: Selection.

I didn't like: Loss of credits.
