I buy a LOT of Audible books for immersive reading with my Kindle Fire HD. For the past month, none of my purchases of Audible books synced with the Kindle.

I have had to call Audible tech support for each purchase, the result being I am spending way too much time on hold and being transferred from one Audible department to the next.

The powers that be need to get it together. I am beyond frustrated

It’s happened again. Since I initially posted, I have purchased 5 additional audible books and have had to call Audible Tech Support to correct problem.

I have repeatedly asked Audible why the books are not syncing with my Kindle and have not gotten an answer. I was on hold for 20 minutes last night before Audible tech came on the line.
