I’ve emailed multiple times & even turned in a dispute with my bank. The bank has reimbursed me for Dec 2017, but Audible has yet to reply to my email and is still charging me! I’m so ticked!

They got me. I signed up for their free credits, and thought I immediately cancelled, but somehow they still charged me for 9 months of membership. It took me that long to notice because they didn't send any emails confirming my membership. Masters of the long con. F- you Amazon and audible. After this I promise to take my business elsewhere.
