Audible - Completely awful.
I tried buying a gift membership and my payment was processed with no gift code ever sent to the recipient. After a week of trying to get this service processed I gave up and asked for my money back. Refund will apparently take time, shocking. I had to call repeatedly to get someone to respond to my initial issue. This company is horrible in comparison to Amazon. Would never recommend.

I got the membership, but I thought I could accumulate credits. Been a member for 2 years until now I finally got the chance to buy with my credits. I got shocked that the almost 25 credits which I accumulated went to waste because audible allows only 6 unused credits...Read more

Audible - Ripped off
How is it fair for members who have been with audible for over a year get one book a month but new members get two every month.

Audible - Disappointing and upset
I have had a membership with Audible and paid my dues. Now that I don't want to pay the monthly charge the are erasing my credits that I paid for! This on top of the fact that I cancled my membership 3 times and somehow I was still billed the next month. When I asked about it they just say the account was never cancled. What a scam!

Audible - Never signed up!
I recently found out that I was being charged monthly for audible. com but I never signed up for it. I do subscribe to Amazon prime. While I have been satisfied with Amazon prime, I do not appreciate them adding audible to my account without my permission. Can anyone advise if there is a class action lawsuit for this?

Audible - Unauthorized Charges
I have never used Audible. The first time it appeared on my credit card statement I didn’t even know what it was. I got the charged reversed and it happened again. I have decided that I can no longer trust Amazon, since I am pretty sure that is how they got my cc information.
