Audible - Disappointing and upset

I have had a membership with Audible and paid my dues. Now that I don't want to pay the monthly charge the are erasing my credits that I paid for! This on top of the fact that I cancled my membership 3 times and somehow I was still billed the next month. When I asked about it they just say the account was never cancled. What a scam! Bullshit

Audible - Never signed up!

I recently found out that I was being charged monthly for audible. com but I never signed up for it. I do subscribe to Amazon prime. While I have been satisfied with Amazon prime, I do not appreciate them adding audible to my account without my permission. Can anyone advise if there is a class action lawsuit for this?

Audible - Unauthorized Charges

I have never used Audible. The first time it appeared on my credit card statement I didn’t even know what it was. I got the charged reversed and it happened again. I have decided that I can no longer trust Amazon, since I am pretty sure that is how they got my cc information. Angry Angry

Audible - Wi-Fi needed for downloaded books

Sometimes I go to listen to a downloaded book and are told I cannot read it because I there is no wifi connection available. Audible says this is not suppose to happen once a book is downloaded but it does (not always) but many times. Very disappointed
