Bought a pair of $8000.00 hearing aid from audibel in tuscaloosa alabama. I am very disappointed with the hearing aids and the people that sold them to me.

They had a 5 year warranty on them which is no good. I have had them in the shop more than in my ears.

I asked for my money back and was told they could not do that. Never again will I buy audibel.

Not able to access my account

Audible - Not able to access my account
I have cancelled your subscription a month ago but I still get billed on my credit card. the other thing I am pissed at is that I am not even able to access my account after I get billed. I just get a 501 error. If this continues, I wouldn't be off until I sue the company.

Made mistake on one book Pont Neuf- I thought it was French. Two books are now free included with membership 100 year old man who climbed out of the window Book woman of troublesome creek

Not ever “pissed” to begin with

I have no complaint about audible whatsoever! I think their entire service is fantastic. Not sure how I ever wound up on a complaint site to begin with!

Return help

In the last 4 or 5 years I have bought over 700 books so why do I have to spend 10 or 15 minutes going through the return app and not getting *** dun and then still have to try and find their number and call and talk to someone to get it dun what should have taken about a minute

Initial membership error

I did not feel like the initial offer was easy to clarify. What was the benefit between regular or premium audible membership. I had assumed that on premium, all titles were available without extra charges. I assumed incorrectly. So I called customer service. A representative, " MK " was very helpful. They corrected my issues without a fuss and put everything in order without a hassle. This is typical Amazon Related Customer Service. Ninty Percent Fantastic. Thanks.

User's recommendation: Amazon products in my opinion are low risk for losing anything. If something is wrong they will fix it.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE - REFUND IMMEDIATELY

MY EMAIL ADDRESS MAY BE MSDLJM11@***.COM You took money out of my account this a.m. from an account that was NOT supposed to be charged this charge id UNAUTHORIZED...cancel this account IMMEDIATELY(as it was supposed to be canceled last week) this charge will cause me a $35 overdraft charge SO I DEMAND A FULL REFUND RIGHT NOW! It was extremely hard to find a phone number for customer service the app would not give me a number to call only asking questions that did not apply to my problem

Fraud

I have been charged for the past 11 months and according to Audilbe they cannot trace my account with my email address. I have sent several emails and all I get is... You need to call or connect on our live chat to trace your account. I have been trying to do so since last year without any luck. In the meantime every month I am getting charge a subscription without any service. You wonder why his one of the richest men in the world.... It's because they stealing our money... Amazon.... Sucks I want my money backddoon
