Audible - Wi-Fi needed for downloaded books

Sometimes I go to listen to a downloaded book and are told I cannot read it because I there is no wifi connection available. Audible says this is not suppose to happen once a book is downloaded but it does (not always) but many times. Very disappointed

I set up membership in Sept 2017. I couldn’t find how to cancel my subscription and it kept rolling over each month. I only bought 5 books and as of yesterday I had 14 unused credits which I had paid £104.93 for (2 credits per month, for 7 months £14.99 x 7 = £104.93)....

Audible - More then *** pissed!

I have been charged 3 damn times and i cancell over and over again. I have even for the second time taken off my card off the site. I have no idea what the fk is going on but it seems like some how this *** company some how regenerates these accounts and charges. Im trying to figure out how the *** that can happen. Ive cancelled 3 fkn times and its still there some where.

Audible - Bait and switch

Audible quietly deducts money from your bank account and deletes your credits when you don’t use them or cancel service. This is theft of the most petty kind authorized by the wealthiest man on the planet Jeff Bezos. Amazon has been hit with class action lawsuit for their criminal practices. They seriously need more competitors.
