Scammers!
Doesn't matter if you cancel your account, they will find a reason to still charge you...even twice in a month and tell you it's your fault. I have now been charged SEVERAL hundred dollars on this just from doing a free trial when I went out of town and forgot my book.
Could have gone to a book store and spent $30 but I thought that was too much for a book. Now I regret not spending that $30 b/c now I have spent that plus another $300 with these scammers who continue to say my account was canceled but really wasn't.

Dear Amazon Audible team,
I'm a student trying to create an Audible account for my studies and have been rejected many times due to apparent unusual activity from my phone number,
I'm assuming the system has blocked my number for an unknown reason. Please, if you could fix this issue, I've been trying to create and purchase a subscription account for 3 days. This experience has been awfully inconvenient.

I couldnt cancel the subscription online because its been made very hard by audible to do that. I called into the customer service. He had the problem fixed within 10 minutes thanks

I was unable to reach anyone at Audible or Prime to cancel my subscription. I think its done on purpose so they dont lose customers
CS rep was awesome!!!!
I changed my Audible membership to Amazon Music. So I canceled my monthly audible membership.
A better value for me thanks to Amazon. The customer service rep was so pleasant easy to understand and efficient.

The customer service person told me, in order to get subtitles, I have to use Kindle. They literally told me to go to another service.
I have to download the Kindle app, buy the book again then use them to listen to the book. Do better Audible.
Get subtitles for your books. Some of us are extremely visual learners.

The worst amazon audible experience I have ever had
I was disconnected 3 times and had to call back each time. I could not understand a word or letter the rep was trying to say.
My issue never got resolved.
Do not join amazon audiobooks. It's impossible to get help when you need it.

Dear Audible Canada Customer Support,
I am writing to report multiple unauthorized transactions that are appearing on my Visa debit card ending in 5211. These transactions are labeled with 'Audible,' but I want to be clear that I have never created an account with Audible and I am not a customer of your service. I have no affiliation with your company whatsoever.
I have noticed 9 unauthorized charges on my bank statement on March 17, March 24, March 31, April 1, April 2, April 3, and April 30th. The amounts of these transactions were $1.68, $1.68, $1.68, $1.68, $27.25, $23.25, $23.28, $23.20, and $27.28.
I am deeply concerned that unauthorized charges bearing your company's name are being made to my debit card. This suggests a potential issue with fraudulent activity misusing your company's name in transaction details.
I request your immediate assistance in understanding why these charges are appearing and how your company might be involved, even though I am not a customer. Please:
Investigate why transactions labeled 'Audible' are being charged to my card when I do not have an account.
Provide any information you can gather about the origin of these transactions.
Explain what steps Audible can take to prevent further unauthorized charges from appearing.
I have already contacted my bank to report these fraudulent charges and they are also investigating this matter. They advised me to contact the entity associated with the charges, which is why I am reaching out to Audible.

Hi. I am an Audible Japan user.
I found that I made a subscription with Audible US by mistake, and I tried to sign in a few times, then my account was locked (I can't sign in to Audible US). I can't contact via the website without logging in, so I am typing an email. I'd love to cancel that subscription.
