Audible - They keep charging me! TICKED OFF!

I’ve emailed multiple times & even turned in a dispute with my bank. The bank has reimbursed me for Dec 2017, but Audible has yet to reply to my email and is still charging me! I’m so ticked!

Audible - Charged me and I don't even have the app

Well luckily I got a nice guy named Carvell. Just told him a few things about how I don't even have an account. Asked why I'm being charge. He was nice about it all and gave me a full refund from the last few months
