I've paid a lot of money for software that just doesn't work. I just want to listen to the audible books that I paid for, but can I do that? No I can't.

The desktop app doesn't work and won't play back a single title. When I try to send a help request I get a cryptic error message along the lines of "nullPointerException" or something like that.

The desktop app doesn't work and the help desk doesn't work either. I can't even send a request for help without getting some cryptic error message.

I have to pad this out to 100 words so I would like to add that in the past, audible has asked me to log on to audible UK even though I'm not in the UK and expected me to debug whatever is going on with your site, like I'm Sherlock Holmes or they expect their customers to try to invent work arounds for their site.

This has got to be 100 words by now.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: fix the bugs in the software. .

I liked: Content which i paid for.

I didn't like: How difficult it is to access the content that i paid for.
